On Sunday, October 18th 2015, from 3pm to 5pm as a part of sixth Synergetica Art Science Salon, curators Sunčica Ostoić and Olga Majcen Linn will hold a lecture about KONTEJNER | bureau of contemporary art praxis, curatorial practices in art and science and present one of the three international triennials in Kontejner's organisation – Touch Me Festival. The lecture will be held in Glazen Huis art pavilion in Amstelpark in Amsterdam.
Organizers are Synergetica Lab and Zone2Source.
Synergetica is an art-science laboratory, investigating photonics, fluid dynamics, acoustics, quantum chemistry and psychophysics. Through educational and curatorial work, Synergetica is encouraging dissemination of interdisciplinary art works and art-science research.
Zone2Source is an international exhibition platform which invites artists in and outside the glass pavilions of the Amstelpark to develop projects around alternative experiences and practices regarding our ‘natural’ environment. The platform imagines possible worlds on the cross points of art, science and nature and uses observation and experience to explore new relations between humans, nature and technology.
